Most people meet us at an airport, at an hour when nothing else is convenient. The flight ran late, the taxi queue is long, and nobody wants to negotiate a fare in a language they do not speak.
So the arrangement is made before any of that. The price is agreed in advance, the flight number is on file, and the driver is inside the terminal with a name board by the time the doors open.
